When will my order be sent out?
Orders will be dispatched between Monday-Friday 9:00AM – 5:00PM. Please allow 48 hours from order confirmation to dispatch. We will work diligently to process and ship your order as soon as possible.
If your tracking label has been created but your order hasn’t been shipped in 5 days, feel free to email us.
Can I cancel my order?
We work quickly to process orders so you can enjoy your pieces, so we’re not able to cancel orders. If you need any further assistant you can contact us via email and we will try our best to assist you.
What type of payment do you accept?
We currently use Paypal and credit cards as main payment method.
How do I return my package?
We’re sorry to hear that our pieces did not work out for you. We are happy to offer returns within 14 days from the date of purchase for a store credit. To start the return process please email us.
Do you provide free returns?
At this time AK Performance does not offer free return shipping labels.
I placed my order and forgot to use my discount code. Can you adjust my order?
Unfortunately, our system does not allow us to add a discount code once the order has been placed. However, if your order has not shipped, please email us. We will be happy to cancel your order so you can purchase the items again using the discount code.
